Course fees paid to Star Aviation & Hospitality Academy are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once the course has commenced. Students who voluntarily withdraw, discontinue their training, or stop attending classes after the course begins will not ordinarily be eligible for a refund.
For cancellations requested before the course commences, the cancellation terms communicated in writing at the time of admission will apply.
Exceptions may apply where a refund is required by applicable law or where the Academy cancels the course or is unable to provide the agreed training.
